Descriptif de la mission :

What is the context?
Design of the new Developer Workplace to enhance developer experience and productivity, while :
- Hardening security of the development environments,
- Streamlining Identity and Access Management for Developers.
- Leveraging Generative AI at scale

Role : Shape the new Developer Workplace and Experience and lead the transformation.

Main Tasks :
Discovery:
- Understand the current Developer Workplace
- Identify main pain points
- Organize workshops with tribes to collect their needs
- Understand security challenges
Vision :
- Define the best fit options for the Developer Workplace
- Share and federate teams and stakeholders around the new Developer Workplace.
- Project Management / Coordination
Define the roadmap
- Work with the Tribes Product Owners and IT Managers to onboard the requirements in their backlogs
- Follow up the delivery
Change management
- Define the change management plan.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans.

- Experience on AWS public cloud
- Familiarity with Zero Trust and IAM solutions
- Knowledge on Github Copilot
- Interest into Generative AI

Start date of the mission: asap - Estimated End date: To be determined (~6 months)
Location: Paris La Défense / remotely (up to 2 days / week)
Language(s): Fluent in English, all communication need to be in English

Experience required : 8 to 10 years
