We are looking for a senior .NET / C# engineer with a strong interest in performance, low latency and algorithmic problem solving.
Core requirements

Strong mastery of C# and .NET, including advanced/runtime-level concepts
Strong algorithmic and problem-solving skills

Solid understanding of memory management, CPU usage, concurrency and workload optimization

Low-latency mindset: understands that performance is not only about writing fast code, but also about measuring, profiling and identifying bottlenecks

Experience with performance analysis and profiling tools such as PerfView, dotnet-counters, dotnet-trace, dotnet-monitor, etc.
Comfortable working under pressure, with production-critical systems and tight deadlines

Good English communication skills

Nice to have
Experience in high-performance / low-latency systems, trading or other real-time environments
Linux experience
Knowledge of networking, multithreading/concurrency and distributed systems
Strong interest in understanding what happens under the hood of the .NET runtime
